Parks Chamber holiday parade this Sunday

The Parks Chamber of Commerce  “Light Up the Parks” holiday parade will be held Sunday, Nov. 22.

The parade will start at the TAC (formally Invensys) parking lot on Clifford Avenue and move north on an illuminated Elm Avenue before ending at the  Roosevelt Road intersection in Machesney Park.

Parade begins at 4:45 p.m.

Awards will be given to the best parade entries in four categories: Best Business, Best Community, Best Youth and the Mayor’s Award.
