Another Night Before Christmas takes Beloit, Wis., stage

From press release

BELOIT, Wis.—‘Twas the night before Christmas… and there’s a burglar in the house, or is it someone with an unusual attachment to reindeer? From the writers of Married Alive! and A Dog’s Life comes a new musical comedy about a homeless man who claims to be the jolly old elf and a dispirited social worker who is spending another unhappy Christmas alone. With songs that will touch your heart while tickling your funny bone, Another Night Before Christmas will be presented Dec. 4-20 at The American Industrial Art Gallery in the Beloit Ironworks Building, 655 Third St., Suite 302, Beloit, Wis.

This show

is required viewing for people who have reached the stage in life where they no longer believe in miracles or Santa,

said Jim Tropp, director.
It’s very entertaining and most of all, thought-provoking.

Another Night Before Christmas is a tall, cool, club soda after a quart of egg nog.

Tickets are $28 for show only and $52 for dinner theatre. The dinner theatre will be catered by Best Events Catering. The buffet includes Chef’s Carved Prime Rib and Roast Turkey Breast. Tickets are available online at www.wisconsintheatreworks.com or by phone at (608) 365-1825. E-mail: info@wisconsintheatreworks.com.
