Now time to set a deadline for a strike - the only way I see that the queen will maybe start to budge on trying to seriously negotiate those contracts that are out there and expired. I'd set the strike deadline for one week prior to the end of the semester. Grades won't get run, schedules won't get run, transcripts won't be sent out to colleges, paychecks won't be issued. Put a squeeze on her and force her and the board to negotiate. Way to go Mary Beth.
