You wonder why a kid brings a gun to school? Because they see there is no real punishment and no citizen will respond because Illinois doesn't follow 48 other states and allow conceal carry. There is no enforcement in the courts and all goverment does is enact new anti gun laws. Folks it's not the gun it's the person. Crime falls in 48 states that have this RTC laws. Criminal decide it's not worth the risk as they might find themselves looking on the wrong end of a gun. The US Constitiution affords us the right and 48 states see this. If only there wasn't this cover up by the district and other incidents which are happening district wide...not only in the high schools...were known, then I can promise you, more people would be "alarmed", not just me.
