Rock River Center offers holiday meal, special music Dec. 16

OREGON, Ill.—Special music and a holiday meal will be offered at Rock River Center Wednesday, Dec. 16. The event will include special holiday music provided by the band and chorus from David L. Rahn Black Hawk Junior High. Each year, the students share their talents and joy of the season with Rock River Center.

The performance this year will be on the same day as the Lifescape Holiday Luncheon. The menu this year includes chicken cordon bleu, twice-baked potato, pacific blend vegetables, tossed salad with dressing, wheat dinner roll and fruit pie. Cost for this meal is a suggested donation of $3 for people 60 and older. Reservations need to be made for lunch by 11 a.m., Tuesday, Dec. 15. The program will be at 11 a.m., and lunch is served at 11:30 a.m. Rock River Center is at 215 W. Washington St., Oregon, Ill.
