Boots and coats needed for homeless adults

From press release

Can you imagine being outside without boots or a coat on these frigid days?

As the temps hit season lows, Carpenter’s Place is totally out of boots for homeless men! Men’s sizes 10, 11, 12 and 13 are needed most.

Also depleted and needed are winter coats in men’s sizes 2x and 3x. The larger sizes are needed because people without shelter wear many layers of clothing to stay warm.

All donations are greatly appreciated and will help keep someone warm during these horribly cold days. Thank you!

Donations may be brought to Carpenter’s Place at 1149 Railroad Ave. or to The Good Feet Store at 5823 E. Riverside Blvd.; both locations are in Rockford.

If you have questions or need more information, please call Sheri at Carpenter’s Place, (815) 964-4105, ext. 203 or e-mail: Sherig@carpentersplace.org.
