UPDATED: Rockton gas main break repaired

The gas line break in the 100 block of West River Street in Rockton has been repaired, according to the Rockton Police Department. Power will be restored to the area within the hour. Residents may return home.

From press release
City crews hit a mismarked gas line in the 100 block of West River Street causing gas to escape. Power to the surrounding area was cut off and area residents have been evacuated.
Crews from Rock Energy are working to repair the break. Drivers should avoid the area, if possible.
