Illinois Growth Enterprises in search of garage sale donations

The Friends of Growth, an all-volunteer group, is accepting items at IGE every Saturday between Feb. 6 and March 6, from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m., for the Great Finds Garage Sale.
The garage sale is from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Saturday, March 13, at Illinois Growth Enterprises, 7200 Clinton Road in Loves Park, two blocks north of the Windsor Road Post Office.
Acceptable items include furniture, household items, tools, toys, holiday decor, purses and jewelry. No clothes will be accepted. Concessions will be available the day of the garage sale. The menu includes bakery fresh donuts, coffee, jumbo hot dogs, popcorn and soft drinks. A 50/50 cash raffle will also be held.
All proceeds will benefit adults with disabilities served through IGE job training and employment programs.
