Rockford native Kelly Killoren Bensimon, star of The Real Housewives of New York City, is appearing on the cover of Playboy’s March issue and in a six-page nude pictorial in the magazine, which was shot by her ex-husband, famed fashion photographer Gilles Bensimon. The issue will hit newsstands Friday, Feb. 12.
“I have to warn you, I’m a little bit shy,” Kelly confessed to Playboy. However, the men’s magazine was able to persuade the purportedly bashful star to break out of her shell, and pose nude for the first time.
“I’m thrilled to be appearing in Playboy to show the world that a 41-year-old mother of two can be sexy!” said Kelly. “It was a wonderful experience to work with Gilles—one of the world’s most-talented fashion photographers—as I knew that he would make me look beautiful and sexy. I hope I made Hef proud!”
Playboy’s March cover girl is also excited about the highly-anticipated third season of The Real Housewives of New York City, which premieres at 9 p.m., March 4, on Bravo.
