State Police release list of area January DUI arrests

PECATONICA, Ill.—Illinois State Police District 16 Commander, Lieutenant Martin Zamudio, announced the following arrests were made during the month of January for driving under the influence (DUI) by district 16 troopers:

Arrested in Winnebago County: Darwin S. Sawtelle, 20, of Rockford; Deanna R. Spinelli, 38, of Rockford; Anna M. Johnson, 28, of Rockford; Mario E. Lumpkins, 30, of Rockford; Sara C. Jordan, 18, of Rockford; Devin T. Martin, 31, of Rockford; Sean K. Davis, 26, of Stillman Valley, Ill.; Santos J. Villa, 21, of Rockford; Johnny L. Crenshaw, 39, of Roscoe, Ill.; Troy L. Crowdus, 27, of Loves Park, Ill.; Andrew D. Marinaro, 21, of Rockford; James E. Greene, 21, of Machesney Park, Ill.; Jesus Ibarra, 23, of Rockford; Gustavo Hernandez, 34, of Rockford; Gino L. Edwards, 34, of Rockford; and Thomas E. Gipson, 37, of Rockford.

Arrested in Stephenson County: Jamie T. Lamm, 31, of Freeport, Ill.

Arrested in Boone County: Kenny P. Stacker, 22, of Willowbrook, Ill.

Lieutenant Zamudio would like to remind the public that troopers work diligently to remove impaired drivers from Illinois roads. All criminal defendants are presumed innocent until the government is able to prove its charges in court beyond a reasonable doubt.
