Dr. Hallsten, with all due respect, should make sure the information being fed to him is factual before he continues to pontificate on an incident he did not witness.
As a clinical psychologist, Dr. Hallsten knows that it is inappropriate to analyze the actions of, and speculate on the fitness for duty of, two officers he has never spoken to.
This attempt to discredit two officers, who’s accounts of the Barmore shooting were verified by factual, non-disputable, physical evidence is unprofessional to say the least.

He claims to treat post-tramatic stress disorder and he blasts the police based on heresay, lies and distortions? Officer North’s previous “incident” was shooting at a driver WHILE HE WAS ON THE HOOD OF THE CAR AFTER THE DRIVER DELIBERATELY HIT HIM!!!!! I hope THIS IDIOT still isn’t treating anyone. He should be ashamed of himself!

If you tell the police one version of what happened, and then go to school and tell your friends what really happened, then yes, there will be problems.
