From press release
Stress has become one of the most commonly-used words in many conversations and does not appear to have age-related boundaries. Young children through older adults face stress triggers regularly, and knowing how to be physically prepared ahead of time can dramatically affect our ability to deal with stress.
Dr. Michael Nelson, Rock Valley Chiropractic Associates, will share insight into dealing with stress at Rock River Center at 10:30 a.m., Friday, Feb. 26. Dr. Nelson shares health and wellness programs in a “Lunch and Learn” format every other month at RRC. This free program is open to anyone interested in attending.
Rock River Center is at 215 W. Washington St., Oregon. Make your reservation by calling (815) 732-3252 or (800) 541-5479. A potluck lunch will follow the program, and you are welcome to join the group for lunch; just bring a dish to share. This and other recreational programs are sponsored by the Oregon Park District. For other activities, visit rockrivercenter.com or oregonpark.org.
