We purposely kept presentations short at the event, hoping to whet the public's appetite for information, and I think we succeeded. Our first Tea Party meeting as Northern IL Tea Party in Roscoe on Feb. 25th was well attended, and we have ideas for citizen action to turn this boat around! Our next meeting will be the 18th of March. Thank you, Rock River Times, for the excellent coverage. It is not written in an objective manner, it is highly sympathetic in tone, it is basically an opinion piece. That's where this should be.
