I just saw what appeared to be a yellow wolf earlier today, just before dusk. Near Churchhill park in Rockford,IL. It ran down 18th st. right past me and ducked into an alley! It was huge about 180-200 lbs. and traveling at a rampant velocity, way faster than any dog. He looked right at me with yellow eyes and was gone. He was alone. I called animal control, they didn't believe me.
