Deadline April 12 for Women’s Art Board trip to Art Institute of Chicago

Rockford Art Museum’s (RAM) Women’s Art Board will offer a bus trip to the Art Institute of Chicago Friday, May 14, to visit the Modern Wing and view the special exhibit “Matisse: Radical Invention, 1913-1917.”

The bus will depart RAM at 9 a.m., May 14, and return at approximately 6 p.m. Attendees will be on their own for lunch, although the Women’s Art Board recommends Terzo Piano, located in the museum. The restaurant is headed by award-winning chef Tony Mantuano.

Cost—$25 for Women’s Art Board members and $40 for guests—includes bus, refreshments, entrance to the museum and to the Matisse exhibit.
