		<description>I, too, remember the glory days of manufacturing in Rockford.  

Beginning soon after the end of the Vietnam War, our elected politicians of both parties began to enact &quot;free trade&quot; policies that forced our local manufacturers to compete with imported products made by de facto slaves in totalitarian countries.  

Wall Street investors profited and used those profits to legally bribe and pay off the politicans who made them possible.

Thanks to their criminal misrepresentation of the folks who elected them, these same politicians have caused hometown workers to suffer, national security to be compromised, and our nation to be forced to borrow from a totalitarian communist regime that spies on us and sabotages our infrastructure.

I call it treason, don&#039;t you?</description>
