First, it has been the law since 1980 that no Member of Congress can personally pocket left over campaign funds when they leave office. It can only be used for other political purposes or donated to charity. Second, I checked the record (www.thomas.loc.gov) and saw that Congressman Manzullo is a co-sponsor of a bill to not only lift the travel ban to Cuba but also the embargo on agricultural and medical exports to Cuba (H.R. 1531 in case you wanted to know the bill number to keep our facts straight). Why, Stan, do you misrepresent the record and have all these personal attacks? I thought President Obama just spoke about having more civility in public discourse.
