From press release
Capture the hilarity—including the brother of Frank Schier, editor and publisher of The Rock River Times, in a dress—at Lifescape Community Services’ 2010 Senior Follies, “Steppin’ Out,” at 6:30 p.m., tonight (Wednesday, May 12) at First Evangelical Free Church, 2223 N. Mulford Road.
“Steppin’ Out” is a musical review and features fun for all ages. More than 30 singers, dancers and actors will perform during the two shows. Performers range in age from early 50s to 90 years young, and this is the only performing troupe like it in the area. Rehearsals have been going strong at First Evangelical Free Church, and the fun is infectious! Angie Fellows, the show producer, has been working with the cast of the Follies to create a one-of-a-kind experience that you and your family will truly enjoy!
This year’s production returns Paul Logli to the stage as Master of Ceremonies and features talented local celebrities such as Mike Robinson, Dr. T and Dianna and Carl Cole, along with many others.
All tickets are general admission and are only $10. Tickets can be purchased by calling Lifescape at (815) 963-1609. All proceeds benefit the programs of Lifescape Community Services.
