Student’s artwork to hang in U.S. Capitol

Caitlin Brown, a junior at Rockford Lutheran High School, and U.S. Rep. Don Manzullo (R-16) pose with Brown’s winning artwork that will remain on display in the U.S. Capitol for the next year. Caitlin was the first-place winner of the 2010 Illinois 16th Congressional District Art Competition and visited Washington, D.C.
