Saying we need to do a better job of really rolling our shirtsleeves up and understanding the dynamic of that subsurface environment a little bit better---isn&#039;t that what your job IS all about???  I am not in your field of expertise but even I knew there was going to be major problems when you opened up those OLD streets!!! And what is YOUR salary??? PLZ 
As far as the city council members go, this is what happens when YOU okay everything that comes in front of you without asking pertinent questions and NOT withholding your vote on a project until the hard answers are given.  I know it is very easy spending someone else&#039;s money, but it also assures that you won&#039;t be re-elected.</description>
