Nomination petitions available for Rockton village trustee, village clerk

Judy Rossi, village clerk of Rockton, gives notice that nomination petitions for the April 5, 2011 Consolidated Election are available in the office of the Rockton Village Clerk for the following offices: Village Trustee (three seats)—four-year term; and Village Clerk—two-year term (balance of four-year term).

Those interested in running for these offices may pick up nomination petitions beginning Tuesday, Sept. 21, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The filing period will be from Dec. 13 through Dec. 20, 2010, at the office of the Village Clerk from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
