The general claims is "it's for the kids!" My dear, it is not for the kids. It has NEVER been for the kids. This school district exists for the fiscal comfort and well-being of the superintendent and the handful of cronies she has. The school board? It is just a pad for peoples' resumes. Do you really think that closing the gyms over the holidays was really a cost saving measure for the district? I sure don't. That 10 thou that was saved will buy an awful lot at Neiman Marcus for Sheffield....or a lot beer. Sickening. Kitty, the answer is simple:
