Astro-Weather: Week of Dec. 22-28, 2010
By Guy Spiro
Wednesday, Dec. 22—Remember to consider the full moon and all of the other attendant high energy to run on through today and into tomorrow. Yesterday’s second and third will remain especially with us. Reread and apply. Another major energy to be aware of today definitely bears watching. Be very careful around water, hot and caustic liquids, and any explosive materials or situations. Also be on guard against spacy and drug- or alcohol-fueled violence. The space cases will walk among us and will be more volatile and even dangerous than usual. Minor energies are mixed at best, and good choices will be needed through this day.
Thursday, Dec. 23—The full-moon energy will finally fade out through today, but yesterday’s cautionary energy will remain strong. Reread yesterday and apply the warnings carefully. Another major energy running through today can be very good for strengthening and solidifying relationships. Take a communicative approach, and appreciate the good things in your situation. The moon will be void of course this morning from 1:24 until 6:50, when it enters Leo. At that point, the energy will shift noticeably, and general moods will tend to become more intense and concerned with self. Watch the midmorning for a brief period of minor irritability. The midafternoon may have some minor erratic coercive attitudes, and the evening may have a short burst of argumentativeness. None of this will amount to much, and with the right choices, this can be a good and productive day.
Friday, Dec. 24—Continue to make good use of yesterday’s positive energy for strengthening and solidifying relationships right on through today. Aside from that, however, we do get a bit of a break from major energy through today and tomorrow. The minor energies are mixed at best through today, and moods will swing with some volatility at times. Watch the mid through late predawn for erratic emotional reactions, aggressiveness and relationship issues. The early morning features spaciness. Take a friendly, cooperative and disciplined approach through the rest of the morning and the midday, but watch for relationship issues and a general irritability. Some people will be looking for trouble. Don’t let them find it with you. The late afternoon chips in with coercive attitudes, but this will pass quickly to be replaced with much better moods. But then, the moon goes void of course at 7:44 this evening—so have all your shopping done by then—and remains void until tomorrow morning. This will be an interesting Friday night.
Saturday, Dec. 25—Last night’s moon void of course period runs through the predawn and finally ends at 9:13 this morning. At that point, the energy will lift very noticeably, and general moods will tend to become somewhat more discerning and concerned with detail. Scattered minor irritability will occur from the early to mid predawn into the early morning, so predawners will want to make good choices as well as be aware of the void of course. Watch the late morning to the midday for a brief period of hard attitudes, but this will pass quickly, if it is noticed at all. Moods will improve markedly through the rest of the afternoon, and a good time should be had by the vast majority of us. The glow should run through the evening, but the late night may have a slight return of hard attitudes, so make the right choices if you’re going to be out and about and dealing with other people.
Sunday, Dec. 26—A major energy running through today sheds light on things normally kept hidden and under the surface. Guard your secrets, and keep the eyes and ears open as there will be much to learn. This energy can be very good for coming to greater understanding of how things really work and initiating positive changes on deep levels. Also, keep an eye on authority figures you may encounter to gain comprehension of the inner workings up the food chain. Good moods should be dominant from the midmorning through the afternoon. Take an active, expansive, communicative and disciplined approach, and pay positive attention to relationships. The evening has a bit of a downturn, but choose wisely and keep the positive glow from the daytime going right on through the late night.
Monday, Dec. 27—Yesterday’s major energy will remain very much with us through today. Reread and apply well. Be aware of two more major energies today. The first can be very good for communication in relationships. Remember, however, that Mercury remains retrograde, and issues from the past may come up for review. Seek healing, rather than winning. The second is related, but more cautionary. This energy can easily bring about a strong and potentially coercive sexuality. While this can be fun for some, it can be unsettling and even dangerous for others. Sensitivity will be called for, and, as always with this energy, protect the vulnerable. Be aware of and work around the moon void of course period that runs this morning from 6:20 until 11:38, when the moon enters Libra. At that point, the energy will lift very noticeably, and general moods will tend to become more concerned with balance, beauty and aesthetics. The afternoon is open, but watch the evening for relationship issues and coercive attitudes. This is followed through the late night with the potential for some very bad moods. Choose wisely.
Tuesday, Dec. 28—Yesterday’s major energies, especially the second, which peaks in today’s late predawn, will remain very much with us through today. Reread and apply carefully. Another major energy peaking tomorrow morning is also very cautionary. Read tomorrow’s warnings (in next week’s issue of The Rock River Times) and apply them carefully through today as well. Aside from major energy, the predawn is open. Watch the early morning for some minor spaciness, but this will likely pass unnoticed. Some pushy and aggressive energy occurs in the midafternoon, but a disciplined approach will show the way to deal with it. Moods will improve from the evening through the late night. Enjoy.
