This Week: I want to wish all of you the happiest holidays ever, and thank all of you for your love and appreciation this past heavy-hearted year. We can all look forward to a productive 2011. This coming year provides us all with a fresh start to build a foundation on. Be extra cautious with your holiday travels. Mercury retrograde is going direct Dec. 30. When in doubt about your destination, change course or stay home. Nothing is more important to your friends and loved ones than for you to be safe and sound. Love and blessings to you all.

Aries (March 21 to April 19)—An opportunity for self-employed or self-contracted work will arrive in 2011. Be open and receptive to this situation in the near future. Even if this is already in the works, you may find an additional outlet in the coming year. Your romantic opportunities are endless this next year. Pick and choose carefully.

Taurus (April 20 to May 20)­—Your ability to see the other side of the story is more evident now than ever. Intuition is key. Pay close attention to your dreams. You’re receiving some valuable information. Use this to your best ability and to benefit others as well. Money may appear to be trickling in. Try not to let this worry you too much. You’re getting a break to rest to process your emotions. Take advantage of it.

Gemini (May 21 to June 20)—In the coming year 2011, you will find yourself looking into your long-term goals and the securities of your loved ones. This is a good time to look over your legal documents and upgrade any necessary changes that need to be made. This appears to be a year of commitment for you. Unexpected financial and emotional foundations arrive. This is a favorable year to let your feelings show.

Cancer (June 21 to July 22)—You have found yourself the center of attention all of a sudden and don’t know quite what to do with it. The year 2010 has definitely tested your patience and left you wondering, “What’s in it for me?” Expect some unexpected pleasures to roll in around the new year. Home and property are a focus this week. In 2011, you find the right fit.

Leo (July 23 to Aug. 22)—If you have closed yourself off to the rest of the world, it may be time to break free of all of those behavior patterns. Now you can see just how ridiculous this situation is and how it will never be enough. The year 2011 provides you with all of your career aspects in order. A female is instrumental with positive changes. You can call your own shots at this time.

Virgo (Aug. 23 to Sept. 22)—Now that you have your eyes wide open, you can proceed with caution in the near future. You will not be a slave to those who have no regard for your physical or emotional well-being. Count to 10, and then clarify what’s going on with you and others. You’re making a major shift, and this could be quite a nail-biter. This coming year provides you with a foundation you can build upon. Remember, your opinion is valued by others.

Libra (Sept. 23 to Oct. 22)—In the year 2010, there has been a tremendous focus on “money.” This has been a test to check how materialistic you could become or have become. Many of life’s simple pleasures do not revolve around cash flow. If you were able to get through this without putting a dollar sign on everything, you will have an extremely prosperous 2011. If you’ve been “keeping up with the Joneses,” you may have some setbacks next year. Pay close attention to your thought process.

Scorpio (Oct. 23 to Nov. 21)—The past year, 2010, has tested your career sector to the brink of an emotional breakdown. This has been a lesson in perseverance; however, the right fit will arrive in 2011. Friends and family offer emotional support. Money is an important factor in 2011. You have learned to respect it, and it will definitely respect you in the coming months.

Sagittarius (Nov. 22 to Dec. 21)—This past year has put a tremendous amount of stress on you, my dear Sag. Emotional and physical loss has dominated a large part of 2010. This grieving process has made it difficult to function, but you have made it through with most of your marbles intact. Expect major changes in 2011. Capricorn (Dec. 22 to Jan. 19)—New plans and new ideas that have been swimming around in your head will take shape and form in 2011. It is worth it to take a leap of faith and allow things to unfold as they should. January is a “record month,” and it appears you’re starting the new year out right. Try exercising a little diplomacy in your work environment. This is a time when you are making the right connections.

Aquarius (Jan. 20 to Feb. 18)—You will find that this is a time to clear the air with old emotional ties. Try to do this in the most diplomatic way possible. You have had your fair share of losses in the recent past, and others may be trying to keep you in an old time zone. Break free with diplomacy and grace. Finances will be a highlight for 2011. You finally have some solid ground under you.

Pisces (Feb. 19 to March 20)—Changes with work or your financial picture are a focus for 2011. Clear away any old karmic debt, and watch how the universe will bless you. You need to look forward to a “brand-new day.” Focus on the positive, and avoid thoughts of those from your past. It just gets in your way.
