Janet Wattles offers free mental health recovery plan

The Janet Wattles Center has announced they have integrated a new Community Access Site (CAS) into the newly updated Janet Wattles Center/Mildred Berry Center website (janetwattles.org [1]). CAS is an extensive resource of behavioral health topics. Everyone who visits the website will have free access to a wealth of resources with 24-hour online availability.
The community education website provides interactive online courses about a variety of topics, including General Mental Health; Addiction, Treatment and Recovery; Peer Professional Education; Families, Children and Adolescents; Achieving Recovery—Workforce Skills; Basic Computer Training; Issues of Older Adults; and The Behavioral Health Needs of Returning Veterans.
Also included on this site is access to create a personal Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP). WRAP planning also includes Crisis Planning (a Mental Health Advance Directive) that lets others know how to respond when they cannot make decisions, take care of themselves, or keep him or herself safe, and a Post Crisis plan to guide the person through the often difficult time when healing from a crisis.
