		<description>Installation of a plastic liner for 43 acres- who will guarantee the seams? I&#039;ve seen solids build up in areas as the pond is being emptied and they have to take equipment to draw or drag out that solid.  The liner gets compromised when this happens.  Then once the leak starts through the liner you get gas bubbles building up under the liner and those blow more holes in the liner....</description>

		<description>Impermeable plastic liners are a much better solution to &quot;polution containment&quot; than a compacted clay liner.  Clay liners leak.</description>
