Your Horoscope: Week of Jan. 5-11, 2011

This Week: With the completion of the solar eclipse Jan. 4 in Capricorn, which followed the magical lunar eclipse Dec. 21, balance is restored. Some of you may even have a little trouble getting your sea legs back. The year 2010 brought much loss and heartache. Some of us may be resting and having that sense of, “OK, now when is the other shoe going to drop?” We can look to this year to bring new beginnings, weddings, babies and expansion on all levels. Take this week to meditate, grieve and remove all of last year’s residuals from your system. From there, hit the pavement running. It’s a brand-new day.

Aries (March 21 to April 19)—A dark-haired female has extremely important information or a contact for you at this time. Follow up on social invitations and situations to expand your current financial connections. Pay close attention to your dreams. Create a journal, if need be. In the year to come, you will see these aspects come to fruition.

Taurus (April 20 to May 20)—You can breathe a sigh of relief regarding your concern for a loved one. All things are falling into place in a positive light. A job opportunity will arrive shortly. Accept an invitation to increase your cash flow. Romance is beginning to look very favorable.

Gemini (May 21 to June 20)—It’s the calm before the storm. However, this is in a positive light. Expect a surge of unexpected activity to move quickly at this time. Work efforts bring in a major payoff, and romance is humorous and quite passionate now. This is reminding you of a past situation before all of the heaviness entered your life. Keep the fire going.

Cancer (June 21 to July 22)—It’s all about love and romance this week. After a long, stressed-out holiday season, you’re able to relax and find the inner peace you need to see straight. Finances are definitely taking a turn for the better. New options approach you on Thursday to expand your cash flow. Put your best foot forward.

Leo (July 23 to Aug. 22)—News will finally arrive explaining the past behavior of another. You need to hold up your end of the deal, and defend a loved one who has been affected by bad behavior. No matter how you slice it, blood is thicker than water. If you have not been able to see it before, it’s time to see it for what it is now.

Virgo (Aug. 23 to Sept. 22)—You’re starting the new year out right with a tremendous amount of social activity. Your career sector is taking off in the same time frame. Be prepared to be all over the highway for the next seven days. Although you may feel a bit winded, you will make the connections you need to manifest your goals for 2011.

Libra (Sept. 23 to Oct. 22)—You’re feeling a little bit more comfortable in your own skin than you have in quite some time. No longer affected by outside influences, you’re feeling an inner peace that you have longed for. A new love interest may arrive for single Libras. Scorpio (Oct. 23 to Nov. 21)—The universe is giving you all of the tools you need to have a prosperous 2011. Now, all you have to do is pick them up and sharpen them a bit. Sagittarius (Nov. 22 to Dec. 21)—This “uptight” financial picture is about to change rapidly for the better now. Follow up with leads, and present yourself in the best possible light now. A change in your appearance is favorable at this time. The media may allow you your 15 minutes of fame this month. Romance and passion are in the works. All eyes are on you this week.

Capricorn (Dec. 22 to Jan. 19)—Now is not the time to play stubborn with a friend or loved one. You need to lay your heart out on the line. As another reaches out to you, allow him or her the opportunity to explain himself/herself. Many underlying issues may have created a problem in the first place. Get out and about this weekend. The past presents a playful light into the future.

Aquarius (Jan. 20 to Feb. 18)—Family situations may be getting on your last nerve at this time. Try to see the other side of the story, even though it may be difficult to look at now. A female family member has information that will help you fill in the blanks. After all is said and done, you’re in the driver’s seat now.

Pisces (Feb. 19 to March 20)—Travel plans will be on this week’s agenda. Creating time, space and energy to do this will be in your best interest in the long run. You’re worn out with all of the holiday hoopla. Some peace and quiet with your significant other is just what the doctor ordered. Follow up with an old debt, and settle it fairly. It will create more affluence in the long run.
