The State of Illinois levied a huge tax increase on citizens and businesses to cover up their own malfeasance. The fact is, rich Democrats, the "Limosine Liberals" are just as responsible for the collapse of the middle class. Liberal Democrats champion the poor and stupid. More "poor and stupid" equals more votes. Here's a solution; when the rich move another company offshore, idling the middle class, their earnings should be taxed at, lets say 98%! let's apply that tax retroactively!
