Half day kindergarten and larger class sizes hurt those who are struggling. Most of the recommendations made no sense for reducing debt. Are some of them, for example, outsourcing athletics even allowed in the governing bodies rules? Will the teams no longer be able to compete? Why not cut many administrators downtown and audit how the money is now being spent? The recommendations hurt minority and special needs children the most.
