		<description>The possible contamination of groundwater is a real issue which appears to be ignored by advocates of the fracking process. All too frequently the law of intended consequences are totally ignored and any unforeseen costs are externalized on the public at large.

The library site contamination is a case in point. New concerns are now arising over contamination from 100 years ago.</description>
