Two-time sex offender to be released in Beloit

A 33-year-old convicted sex offender will be released from prison this week and residing in Beloit, Wis., police officials said Monday, Jan. 14.
Mark Allen Radtke, 33, will be moving to 224 Chestnut Ave., Beloit, Tuesday, Feb. 15.
Spokesmen from the Beloit Police Department said Radtke was convicted of Third-Degree Sexual Assault in 2006 and sentenced to 5 years in prison.
His victim was a preteen female.
According to information listed in the State of Wisconsin Department of Corrections Sex Offender Registry database, Radtke was also convicted of First-Degree Sexual Assault of a Child, a Class B Felony, in January 2001.
He was placed on probation for two years.
Radtke’s registration as a sex offender is valid for the rest of his life and does not expire, the state website indicates.
