General Counsel Lori Hoadley said moving the deadline to Monday, Feb. 28 was possible, however, the district needs time to mull the approved budget to determine how many teachers it will need next year??? The true deadline is closer to March 28th a full month longer than Lori Hoadley wants to make available for the review. We have 60 days before the last day of school to legally notify teachers of dismissal. How about work towards the worst case scenario and hope for the best. Whatever the case, realistic deadlines are what we should be provided from Lori Hoadley. ???
