Upon further investigation, it looks like the WYSE Academic Challenge has only existed since 1997. It replaced (same format) the Junior Engineering Technical Society (JETS) Academic Challenge, which Winnebago had won down-State in what must have been 1994. I can not find listings of JETS past winners.
And it looks like Keith Country Day and Durand are the only two schools in the "Division (300)" at the local regional.

Can you provide supporting information for this? I was thinking that Winnebago, Byron, and Auburn had each won the WYSE State Title in the past. Am I wrong?
Keith Country Day School does compete in the lowest division, with a school like Durand being a frequent closest competitor. How many consecutive wins has Auburn achieved in their top-division?
