Mayor’s ‘State of the City’ address March 10

Rockford Mayor Lawrence Morrissey will deliver his sixth annual “State of the City” address beginning at 6 p.m., Thursday, March 10, at the Coronado Theatre, 314 N. Main St., Rockford.
The theme of this year’s presentation is “Sustainable Rockford.” Mayor Morrissey would like to invite all citizens to attend. Admission is free. Pending available seating, walk-ins are welcome until the beginning of the presentation.
Those interested in attending may register via the electronic invitation, posted on the City of Rockford’s website (http://www.roackfordil.gov [1]). Doors open at 5 p.m. Seating is general admission. For information, contact the Mayor’s Office at (815) 987-5590.
