It's a shame! The shame is that we cannot posess a simple weed that grows wild in the fields. Now if the guy was urinating on your lawn or driving intoxicated on public property that is another deal. We need to stop treating marijuana as a narcotic that can harm the user. We need to have fully informed jurries so that we never again wast the time of law enforcement by having them arrest people ingesting such a harmless substance. I don't partake, but I don't care what you do in the privacy of your private property. The cigarette smoker that throws his cigarette butts out of the car window does more damage than a pot smoker. Focus on the threat to your safety and freedom! We need to mke a law against matches and lighters. the improper use of these kills people every day when pot smokers just sleep! Arrested for pot?
