One speaker alluded to wanting to be at the meeting in person so he could see the expressions on the faces of folks from the administration and board. In watching the entire meeting on TV, I saw inappropriate facial expressions from Earl Hernandez, whom was in view of the camera during the entire public comment portion of the meeting. I was angered as a citizen and a taxpayer to watch Earl Hernandez repeatedly "roll his eyes" while people were emotionally speaking for what they believed in during public comment. I feel that this is a genuine display of the unprofessionalism that exists in this administration. I often wonder how people that are blatantly unprofessional can land professional jobs.
