Tiana Cooper, an administrator with Rock Valley, commented in the Rockford Register Star she appreciated the bluntness of Sheffield’s speech, dubbed “Having the courage to put children first.” “She showed exactly that, which was very encouraging to hear.”

Tiana supports Sheffield and now Rock Valley College benefits from the downward spiral of education Sheffield set up for Rockford and benefits from students dropping out of RPS205 schools.  Small world!</description>
