BSA Troop 23 donates woodstrip canoe to the SM & SF club for charity raffle

Boy Scout Troop 23 has donated a woodstrip canoe to Rockford’s SM & SF Club for a charity raffle to be held June 25. The canoe is handmade from western red cedar and includes two bent shaft paddles.
There are 6,000 tickets for sale. Cost is: $5/one ticket; $10/three tickets; $20/seven tickets. Proceeds from the raffle will send local youth to camp. You need not be present to win.
