Week of May 4-10, 2011
Wednesday, May 4—The long moon void of course period from yesterday runs through this morning and finally ends at 12:08 this afternoon, when the moon enters Gemini. At that point, the energy will lift dramatically, and general moods tend to become more communicative. The new moon will also become much more active, and you will want to resume making positive new beginnings through the rest of today and much of tomorrow. Do be aware that recent cautionary energy remains with us as well. Reread the past two days, and apply the warnings carefully. Relax, take it easy, and tend to old business through the void of course, but be prepared for the big rush of energy, and get on with things once it ends. Minor energies are mixed through the rest of the daytime. Take a friendly and innovative approach, but watch for brief periods of spaciness, relationship issues and general irritability, in that order. The evening through the late night is open.
Thursday, May 5—Remember to consider the new moon and attendant energies to remain with us through most of today. Make only the right kinds of beginnings. The predawn into the mid-morning has scattered minor irritability. Watch for erratic coercive attitudes in the mid-predawn and exaggerated emotional responses in the late predawn. Some aggressiveness may arise into the mid-morning, but moods will improve shortly after that and tend to remain positive through much of tomorrow. Take an expansive, yet disciplined, approach through the rest of the workday, and a friendly approach from the late afternoon on. Pay positive attention to relationships later tonight.
Friday, May 6—We get a bit of a break from major energy through today and tomorrow, which tends to bring the minor, or lunar energies, to the forefront. Last night’s good moods should run through the predawn and most of the daytime, at least. Take a friendly, expansive and active approach through the workday, and much may be accomplished. Do get anything important done before 3:11 this afternoon as the moon will be void of course from then until 9:30 tonight, when the moon enters Cancer. At that point, the energy will lift very noticeably, and general moods tend to become more sensitive, protective and nurturing. This will be an active social Friday night, with good moods following the void of course. Some minor irritability may occur in the very late night and again in tomorrow’s mid-predawn, but that should be easily dealt with.
Saturday, May 7—Late Friday-night social scenes should be highly energized well into today’s predawn. Some potential for minor erratic emotional reactions exists in the mid-predawn, but with the right choices, this will come and go with little impact. The rest of the predawn through most of the morning is open. Some minor coercive attitudes may arise in the late morning, but these will pass quickly, if they’re not focused on and made more of than should be. The same goes for some hard-attitude energy in the early evening. Just take a pass on it, and it will fade out fast. The rest of the evening through the late night is open. Have a great time tonight.
Sunday, May 8—A major energy running through today tends to bring out the crazies and easily brings problems with and for authority. Deal carefully with both; it may seem as if there’s little difference between them. Late Saturday-night party scenes will be positively energized well into today’s predawn. Some minor spaciness may occur into the mid-predawn, but this will pass quickly, if it’s noticed at all. Moods will tend to be very good through the late predawn into the early morning. Scattered minor irritability occurs from the midday into the early evening. Watch the midday for relationship issues and argumentativeness: this is the period to take the most seriously. Some minor coercive attitudes and exaggerated emotional responses may occur in the late afternoon into the early evening, but they will come and go quickly for those not still dwelling on the earlier cautionary energy. The rest of the evening into the late night is open, but watch for aggressiveness later.
Monday, May 9—The moon will be void of course this morning from 1:51 until 4:34, when it enters Leo. At that point, the energy will shift, and general moods tend to become more intense and concerned with self. The major cautionary energy from yesterday will remain very much with us through today. Reread and apply the warnings carefully. Don’t mess with the boss or other authority figures. Another major energy running through today is very good for communication and making new beginnings in relationships. Make a positive gesture in an appropriate situation. Some minor erratic spaciness may arise in the late predawn into early morning, but this will give way to better moods through the rest of the morning. Take an expansive and innovative approach for best results. A short period of erratic coercive irritability may occur in the late afternoon into the early evening, but it should not amount to much. The rest of the evening is open, and the late night is more positive.
Tuesday, May 10—Today’s predawn starts out with good moods. Night owls should take a friendly and disciplined approach through the predawn and get a lot done. Some minor spaciness may occur in the late morning, leading to erratic emotional responses and irritability through the midday. This should all come and go to little effect, but take steps to make sure it does, because anyone who invests too much in it will run into the rest of the afternoon’s energy, and things can then blow up all out of proportion. Watch throughout the afternoon for some people to fall into some very bad moods. This will peak in the mid-afternoon, and you will want to deal carefully with others on through the evening. Moods will improve dramatically in the late night. Have a good time then, but be aware the moon will be void of course from 11:51well into tomorrow morning.
