Crime: Father, son arrested on child pornography and drug charges

A Rockford man and his son are facing multiple charges, including possessing child pornography and drugs, police said Thursday.
The arrests of Michael Stanfill, 48, and his 22-year-old son, Coty Stanfill, came after investigators searched a home at 2512 Linberg Ave., April 26.
Inside the residence, police discovered drugs, weapons and sexually explicit pictures and videos of children.
According to officials, the charge of aggravated child pornography was added against Wednesday, May 4.
