Crime: Police nab 11 in weekend prostitution sting

The Rockford Police Department arrested eleven people Saturday, May 21, during a prostitution sting in targeted areas of the city.

The operation was conducted by the department’s M3 Street Team.

Following is a list of individuals arrested in the sting.

Douglas W. Tollner, 66, Rockford. Charges: Solicitation of a sexual act and possession of cannabis.

Timothy K. Miranda, 33, Rockford. Charges: Driving under the influence of alcohol and failure to signal.

Michael E. Adams, 51, Machesney Park. Charge: Solicitation of a sexual act.

Faizuddin Yasin, 23, Rockford. Charge: Solicitation of a sexual act.

Randy W. Elder, 36, Rockford. Charges: Solicitation of a sexual act.

Michael D. Webb, 33, Capron. Charge: Charged with solicitation of a sexual act.

Larry E. Smith, 46, Earlville. Charge: solicitation of a sexual act.

Gene E. Peavler, 51, Machesney Park. Charge: solicitation of a sexual act.

Jason L. Martinez, 30, Rochelle. Charge: Solicitation of a sexual act.

Gerald N. Omar, 59, Rockford. Charge: Solicitation of a sexual act.

Brandon Hanson, 30, Rockford. Charge: Solicitation of a sexual act.

All subjects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
