ABBA Salute opens Klehm’s concert series June 12

Rockford’s Klehm Arboretum & Botanic Garden has announced the lineup for Woodsong, its summer concert series.

Sunday, June 12, features ABBA tribute band ABBA Salute; Sunday, July 10, is Ann Stewart & The Banjo Buddies Dixieland Show Band; and Sunday, Aug. 14, is the Saturday June Band, offering music from contemporary to rock.

All concerts are outdoors on the lawn in Klehm’s Fountain Garden. Those attending should bring a chair or blanket and pack a picnic dinner. Concerts are held rain or shine.

Gates open at 4 p.m. to allow time to enjoy the grounds and gardens, while concerts start at 6 p.m.

Individual concert tickets are $20 per person or $18 for members. Season tickets to all three concerts are $54 per person or $48 for members. Children younger than 16 are admitted free.
