Rockford native and professional singer/songwriter/author Jim Gill will perform at 11 a.m. and 1:30 p.m., Friday, July 8, at Rockford’s Discovery Center Museum.

Enjoy a concert with Gill as he bangs out lively rhythms on his banjo while you clap, jump, dance and sing along to his award-winning songs. Before or after Gill’s show, visit Discovery Center’s newest traveling exhibition, SPIN, and get your hands on some swirly, twirly art.

Cost for the Gill performance is $2 plus museum admission ($7) for the public and free to museum members.
