11 arrested for DUI between June 27 and July 21

PECATONICA, Ill. — Illinois State Police District 16 Commander Lt. Martin Zamudio announced the following arrests were made by district 16 troopers between June 27 and July 21 for driving under the Influence (DUI):

Arrested in Winnebago County — Shane M. Speck, 19, Machesney Park (DUI drugs); Michael Z. Rush, 21, Rockford; Curtis James Hildreth, 48, Rockford; Marcel D. Hardin, 24, Rockford; Benjamin J. Spain, 29, Loves Park; Christopher A. Emerson, 22, Rockford (DUI drugs); Richard L. Tucker, 36, Rockford; Cheryl A. Fritz, 44, Belvidere; Joshua A. Spencer, 20, Davis, Ill.; and Antoinette C. Moore, 32, Rockford.

Arrested in Stephenson County — Tyler J. Plescia, 20, Lena, Ill. (DUI drugs).

Zamudio reminds the public that troopers work diligently to remove impaired drivers from Illinois roads.
