Your Horoscope: Week of Aug. 3-9, 2011
By Denise Guzzardo
Week of Aug. 3-9, 2011
This Week: Aggressive behavior from others may be evident. Try to fly under the radar to avoid negative incidents. Many may be experiencing a loss or remembering lost loved ones. This is perfectly understandable with Mercury retrograde’s influence. Remember to bring forward the wonderful times in your mind’s eye of the loved ones who are no longer with us. Pick a beautiful or amusing memory, and concentrate on it. You may even find yourself bursting into laughter over this memory. Those who can no longer be with us want that so desperately — to hear the laughter that they cherished so deeply. Honor this element with joy.
Aries (March 21 to April 19) — A love from the past may be back in your face early this week. Try to get to the bottom of what the connection is, and go from there. It may be a simple healing process for you in the long run, or it may be something more. In either case, investigate the situation, and contemplate the outcome. You will be all the more wiser by week’s end.
Taurus (April 20 to May 20) — A gathering this week will begin a long-standing healing process for you. You can finally put all of your ghosts away for good and live “fully” in the here and now. This does not mean you have avoided this process. It only means you have just pushed through the daily routines and honored your commitments to the fullest extent. After this week, you have the clarity to move forward with the support of those around you. At the end of the day, you feel relieved.
Gemini (May 21 to June 20) — Another loss or a loved one’s loss may open up a few cans of worms in your own “personal” back yard. Try not to fight these feelings. Let them flow through you and allow them to heal. You may have needed to take a step backward for quite some time now, and with this element on the forefront, the universe is giving you the perfect opportunity to heal all wounds. By week’s end, you begin to emerge with a sense of self-worth and integrity. Your new purpose in life will be revealed soon enough.
Cancer (June 21 to July 22) — You will definitely be put in the position to be the caretaker this week. Not that this doesn’t come naturally for you to begin with, as you have recently been healing your own wounds. Now it makes perfect sense to you why you have been represented with the challenges you have been presented with: to heal and help others. You will receive a cosmic merit badge by week’s end. Save it for a rainy day.
Leo (July 23 to Aug. 22) — Now that you have been presented with all of the facts, you can rest your mind assured that everything will work out just fine for you and your loved ones. This is a time to celebrate. A margarita or a mega hot fudge sundae, take your pick. You deserve a little self-indulgence this week to relieve any past anxiety you have exposed yourself to. A new career opportunity proves to hit the jackpot shortly.
Virgo (Aug. 23 to Sept. 22) — Be gentle and kind with a sensitive individual this week. They may play a great “poker face,” but on the inside, there may be a tremendous amount of anxiety brewing. If you do not have all of the facts, you may come off a bit too harsh or ridged. Gather information, and separate facts from fiction. By week’s end, you have something to celebrate.
Libra (Sept. 23 to Oct. 22) — Take care of your personal health or check in on a female who may have a health issue this week. You may need to step up to the plate and pinch hit for a loved one who is a bit under the weather emotionally or physically. When all is said and done, everything turns out for the best. But those of you who went the extra mile, your loved ones will not forget your beloved expressions of love.
Scorpio (Oct. 23 to Nov. 21) — You may need to ask the advice of an older female about the behavior of a younger female. This may be all new and confusing to you, but remember, you have been placed in an element of honor. You will be learning a tremendous amount from this situation. In the long run, you can take this with you as one of life’s truly valuable lessons.
Sagittarius (Nov. 22 to Dec. 21) — Business is great, but this may be a time when you really need to address your health issues and get to the bottom of fatigue and all of you aches and pains. In the end, you will find there are alternative options to any dilemma that may have been presented. A loss of a female may have you hurting and bewildered. Remember, souls never leave us — they just transform.
Capricorn (Dec. 22 to Jan. 19) — Ease up with you harsh tones and remember you will attract more flies with honey than vinegar this week. Keeping an open mind and heart will get you the information you require to move forward with an important project. By week’s end, you have all of the pieces put into place for your long-term goals.
Aquarius (Jan. 20 to Feb. 18) — A new business location or a change in work will have you sitting on the edge of your seat this week. This may take some time to manifest. However, when all is said and done, you can expect a tremendous amount of growth from this endeavor. A love from your past or a memory may be strongly imprinted early on this week. Allow this to flow through you.
Pisces (Feb. 19 to March 20) — This would be a great time for you to make plans to travel and revisit your old stomping grounds. This is something you have avoided long enough, and you may not have made any progress emotionally by avoiding this aspect. If you face your fears and your past head on, you can expect a major breakthrough. Go for it.
