They are going to get their special use permit. It's a done deal, especially now that Wm. Charles has just donated $200,000.00 of in-kind work to the Sinnissippi Lagoon restoration project. The folks with the money get to do as they please around here - all they have to do is throw a little loose change around and they're good. I know that for most of us, $200,000.00 seems like a whole lot of money but not for a company the size of Wm. Charles (given that it isn't real money but a donation of services - any bets that when they go to do the work on the Lagoon that for some strange reason there will be cost over-runs or something "unforeseen" will happen?)
