There are so many good reputable in home senior care companies out there. Studies show that the longer a person can stay in their home the longer their life expectancy becomes and quality of life increases.

As a former social worker in an adult day health program I can vouch for the wonderful services they offer the senior and family caregivers. It is true that they are a much more cost-effective way to provide care for the senior but the social stimulation is priceless for seniors who would otherwise be isolated.
