This is one of those incidents that accurately describes what Rockford is becoming. The next generation of young people are uneducated, violent and know nothing except, “if you want it, take it.” And city leaders here thing bringing a casino here is a good idea? Wake up Rockford. Your city is one of the worst in the world.
There is a lot to be said for a city of 156000 when its TEENS are killing people, getting sentenced to 80 years in prison and are uneducated. This kind of things makes city leader leaders look like IDIOTS for not doing anything about it. Shame on Larry Morrissey, Scott Christiansen, school officials an city council. You should all be ashamed of yourselves.
