		<description>How does Jefferson at 4-5 claim to be &quot;city champs&quot; when Rockford Boylan is 9-0? If Boylan was located in Roscoe or even Loves Park I could understand the technicality of Jefferson&#039;s claim, but Boylan IS in Rockford and Jefferson is a 4-5 team that didn&#039;t make the playoffs.  City champs?  More like city CHUMPS.  What a stupid claim.</description>
