I guess he's trying. But, why doesn't the Rock River Times have a reporter on this stuff. Where is Mr. Hagerty? Havens? Hello? They sure aren't working for the Star or anywhere else in town. There's no hard news in Rockford. Only things like this that barely break the surface. Get a real reporter on this story and you'd likely see it bust wide open.
